let me put this another way then. all that people want is to do standard raids PVE and world pvp
since hyjal is failin at the moment i thought i would try and create something.
u can say waht u want about the world not being atractive and this idea of being downright lame.
but if people dont wanna do anything else how do you ever expect to make the word more creative?
plz tell me then i would consider this in a different idea ,if u dont bring me suggestions or options

You'll never come up with something which pleases everyone. You'll always find someone who won't like it.
But I can give you reasons why I'm so pessimistic about it, it's not that I just love to paint things black.
You mentioned Hyjal, which pretty much does exactly what you ask for, although the objectives differ a bit, it's pretty much the same. Now you just want to change the scenery and expect people to enjoy it longer than a week?
Alterac Valley is another example... I personally love it, most notably because it was implemented authentic, at least from what I've seen so far, yet people grew bored of it quite fast, as it's not efficient when it comes to honor.
You just can't pick a zone every month, and blow up the database even more, this shouldn't grow further into a funserver.
There is a PvE challenge, that's awesome, PvP works in a PvE-server sense aswell. Open PvP is really something I want to see, but getting it implemented asks for some dedication aswell. People need a reason to leave the mall.
Thing is you can get most things at the mall already, why would you leave it? I always thought professions should be the key to it, but you can also add reputation stuff aswell... people just shouldn't hang out at the mall all day. Not sure on adding BoJ as a world drop (or Shards, ofc with a not that awesome drop chance), but well I didn't invest too much time into that issue, as directly spoken... WoW doesn't work if your long-term goals can be achieved forever.
That doesn't mean the server won't work, it just means most players leave after 3 weeks of playing as they achieved their personal goals, regardless how their fps do in Tanaris.

2. hyjal only opens once ever 3 hours stil peopel rarely join .
3. why bitch about the mall when it can also be an ew location for the battlemasters .

that wouldnt take that much work, gives you a chance for world pvp and you could actually make pvp quests there (also with a better reward for alliance for the balance of horde/ally)
