1v1 valid composition

Should add 1v1 solo queue arena like there was on NextGen if you remember that server,
You could que 1v1 as healer vs healer and over time you start getting debuf that gives you +10% damage done and +10% damge taken, so after 5 minutes even 2 healers were able to kill each other,
Since thats the only thing you can do over night when there are no 3s going on.
