Why is Tier 4 gear only availible from the apperance vendor for honor poinits?
I play as a Feral Druid DPS and mostly do PVE. The BIS list for Feral DPS includes Tier 4 2 set bonus. And although it isn't difficult to grind the HP in BGs, I'm not here to PVP and most importantly it doesn't make a lot of sense to have Tier 5 gear for free and Tier 4 gear only availible with Honor Points. Atleast wouldn't it make more sense to make it availible with Badges of Justice to avoid conversion of currency?
