If someone compiled a list of issues with AV I would look into fixing them. Okay... I can do that. Just off the top of my head, 10k hp on Tower guards, not 5k. Possibly check their armor/resistance values, both seem god awful low. Place a guard at the horde doorway leading to the tower's flag so you can't just run in and cap it. Archers on towers need A LOT more range. Who else remembers getting shot by those fuckers 100+ yards off? I sure as hell do. You get on Stormpike bridge, they're already shooting at you. Same for horde base. The summon quest, not sure if it even works... The Bat riders / gryphon riders for escorting the wingmaster from opponent base to your own.
I'll do some more digging, but that's a good start.
Edit: OH!! Can you PLEASE fix the flag bug? ie: I capture a node, but someone manages to recapture it. Now when I click on the flag, nothing happens. I cannot interact with flag at all. This happens in AB as well.
Edit2: Why the hell are some ally NPCs, (NOT the warmasters, by the way.) equipped with 25k Hp, and respawn almost instantly? Our mobs do not behave this way, nor are they given anywhere near that healthpool. In fact, why do they get such a crowd of trash mobs that constantly respawn to begin with? Horde has very damn few, (a couple of pats with 5k life and a wolf that ONE shock off a resto shaman can kill, non-crit.) Even less so once you leave the makeshift village and get in the area of the aid station and towers.
Again, I'll keep digging. But you can see what we're talking about here.
Edit3: NPCs guarding flags to graveyards have somewhere between 3k and 5k life. Please boost that. Added with their low life pools, they hit like they're 10+ levels below us. This applies to either side, the defending NPCs are woefully weak.
