Just an official reply on this: I'm debating giving out access to this command, or bigger bags to everyone since we're in the process of developing a dual-spec (or multi-spec) system for TBC. Action bars, talents, spells, etc. Yep! So there's going to be the need for people to either clear their bags and make room for multiple gear sets, or give people access to their bank from anywhere. Not sure which I want to do yet.
