Location screenshots:
- Gurubashi.
- The entrance.
- Enthusiastic environment (1) (2).
- Spectators area (1) (2), the most clear view & you won't be frozen, it's your private area.
- Liron & Ysurian to assist our spectators.

How does the event go:
- Only 15-20 players get to play.
- The last match has 3 rounds, the winner of 2 wins.
- Matches are randomly chosen.

Rewards:
You can choose one of the following rewards:

- 25'000 Honor.
- 10 Sunmotes.
Either you've severely overlooked certain things, or you've decided to allow them for whatever reason. Either way, I thought I'd give you a heads up before shit hits the fan.

The first rule states that only class buffs can be used, which would rule out several items and consumables. It's a good call, but some players might overlook that, and use items such as rocket boots, shield belt, oils, wards, and various other tools to achieve an advantage. A good idea would be to specify in detail what is and isn't allowed in advance, to save you the trouble down the road.

There are also various trinkets that apply buff auras. It's rather obvious that trinkets are an exception to this rule. Something to keep in mind is that there are several trinkets that are bugged, which are easily abused. The various engineering reflect trinkets, tidal charm, and most other trinkets like these comes to mind.

There's also nothing in the rules that disallows items such as engineering grenades, goblin rocket helmet (which is also bugged), leather working drums, magic dust, or any similar items that grants the player abilities outside of the set granted by his class. As said, I have no idea if this is intended or not. It's however worth noting that several such items can have a huge impact in duels.

Nothing is said about various cooldowns, which may as well be intended for all I know. This does however leave the players free to use all cooldowns at their disposal.

Another thing which isn't mentioned at all is exploiting, and there's quite a lot of that to be done.

I could go on, but I think you get my point. If for some reason it passed you, my point is that there's a lot of loopholes, and rules that aren't all that well specified in the current rules as they are written.

Haven't checked through the rest of the event rules posted. But the 1v1 event is probably the one which is most likely to stir up a lot of bullshit if players starts to use shady shit to win.

As a side note, I'd personally dish out more severe punishments for people who disrupted the events.

Best of luck.

Is gurubashi broken? It would be awesome to see it used properly. This event is a good first step.

Hello, thanks for your suggestions. I'd rather meet you in-game to settle things up and explain, if needed, in a more efficient way.
