Skirm no join punishment suggestion

So since most of time you go in a skirm arena there is no one as opponent, i suggest to put in a punishment system.

Something like, when queing for skirmish arena and not joining the pop, you lose honor and/or boj.

Would a similiar punishment for not joining a BG sound reasonable to you?

EDIT: Actually such punishment would be reasonable for not joining or leaving a BG. Skirmish arena doesnt award you with anything, unlike a battleground, no matter who has won.
