target dummy tanaris only? why?

Plz add target dummy's to the stormwind and orgrimmar battlemasters, i dont see the reason why not and it is vry unusefull for those who seek some arena's or bg's without all the spam, etc.

Noticed that dummies resets if you don't actively attack them so it was a pain to check my CoD damage :D:D :(

It's so the combat clears correctly. Back in the day it would not clear unless you got far away from them so people freaked out about being stuck in combat so we had those NPCs that would teleport you far enough away to clear.
