Horde/Alliance neutral dueling zone suggestion

Would it be possible to add a neutral dueling zone with teleporters where Horde and Alliance can duel eachother without being flagged for PvP (*to avoid it turning into a gank-fest)?

I think it would make the server more exciting by having more players to duel with late at night.

Not possible due to the way the server currently flags zones as sanctuaries. Same concept with the mall, before we made it display "You cannot duel here" players would start a duel but remain friendly to one another.
