i guess you can make those badges more usable.. also this will give u more votes from ppls :).
you can make s4 offset cost honor+badges. like 100k honor / 500 badges :D< per peace ^^
yeh i know that it's much but... there are lots of no-lifers with "HWL" warlords. < tittles and 1k+ badges in they're bags. also if u make it possible to buy s4 offset for honor/badges ( any amount ) not only votes u gain per day will grow but also , instances like "Kara" will be much more popular. to farm badges there

oh , and , btw...

have u seen what's going up with the queue's :)?. it takes 30min - 1h to join bg if u want to join it with friends.. and it's always like 30hordes and 1 ally in que ^^. You must do something about that.
when u logged to the server u asked me if i have any solutions :). >free s3 weps< ? for allys ))) O.o
you told that u'll think :) but month passed and nothing changed. or just close horde faction creation for some weeks.

Or just get a queue to join horde?? dunno how but maybe its possible like when you wanted to login on retail on a full server most of the time you had to wait or just get a cap on queues?.. so horde get forced to play Alliance sometimes
