how the hell does anyone play this game? me and my friends cant even get the game to download using torrent. how the hell do you get torrent to work. all three of us are having the same issues. please help

when u log in and create a character for the first time is it a choice to get an instant 70? I want to start at level one and progress. can I do that on this server?
