Hey so I'm 99% sure it has nothing to do with a delay in processing considering I've used the same method multiple times and two of the last 3 transactions have double charged my card. Can I just get a item code for the off hand I wanted and call it a day?

I apologize for that, I really had no idea as I am new to purchasing/donating online. The bank didn't reverse the entire transaction, only what they assumed was a double charge.

I also purchased "Sunflare" and received it; I'm starting to think I was double charged for "Sunflare" and the payment for "Heart of the Pit" didn't go through.

I have purchased multiple codes from you guys. Recently I was double charged, had to call the bank to correct it, and now I am being charged without receiving the item I purchased "[Heart of the Pit]". I would rather get the code I paid for instead of having to deal with the bank this time...
