Is the server offline? I can't connect at all for some reason.

I tried Manalicious today, got the berries, it says the quest is completed, but can't turn it in Nat Pagle. I relogged, abandoned the quest and re-picked, but still can't turn it.

I made a ticket in-game, but I did everything right, some other ppl couldn't do it either.
