after writing my ID , my password and my email , I click on " create account " , the page is refreshed , and the account has not been created :(

I try with firefox, internet explorer, whith my smartphone.. impossible to subscribe

Yes i have this page, but when I click on "creat account" nothing happens, the account has no created (sorry for my english i'm french)
