Warriors are perfectly viable and probably optimal in bgs due to their mortal strike. They require healers to keep them alive and casters to do the bulk of the damage but don't say warriors are weak due to swp and casters superior dps. Rogues/retro/feral/ench are in a much worse spot though.

Playing druid or healer for that matter does not by default make you strong in bgs. Although it's true some classes. Do better in certain bgs then others It has more to do with skill and gear of players. Strong healers has more carry potential then strong DPS though.

These changes will only have a minor impact on BG balance. First off it doesn't matter to much if a team has 4 druid healers or 5x off a certain class. Warriors aren't weak in pvp they are strong in arena and BG;s as well assuming you go 2h arms. Fury and dualwield warriors are weak though in pvp.

Yea i think warglaives for warriors would boost activity abit without hurting the pvp balance. No one can argue against the fact that 2h arms is the most common and viable pvp build for warriors. Sorry to Necro an old post but I think most people can agree with me there's 2 options for best PvP weapon as warrior. Brutal 2h mace and apollyon sword. For free to play players I would personally recommend stormherald for good damage and highest cc with 2 different stun on hit sources.
