Hello i donated for T6 and S4 But i didnt get any code to my gmail (email)

Now it Stop at Authenticating And After Authenticating it says Disconnected From Server

Hi i did all what every yes EVERY Guide said and i tought hmm i wait like 30min for authenticathing so i come back and then it said Disconnected From Server .. What do i need to do??
