Though they don't accept these on their forum, you should send it to their email.
I think it's something like [email protected].

They can't check if you had the item or not, there's no database were you can confirm that you had it/bought it. You can only get your item back if you have screenshots/photos of you having it in your bags/equiped or even showing them that you bought it. & if you can't, then they can't help you....

Better guild than anyone of you ever made that lasted like 2 months. (yM was great though)
