All what I can say that this wasnt bannnable in time when those screens was taken..... was on chat with Gm and he told me that I can use it in world pve / pvp but it WAS ONLY bannable if someone use it in BGs ! Maybe now its bannable everywhere but those time it wasnt and GM came to me and was chatt...
