Im not 100% sure, but me and my gay bum boy friend are both fire mages, therefore we both use scorch rather alot. We have both specced into Improved Scorch with stacks up to 5 increasing fire damage taken by 15%. But we've noticed that if we both spam scorch on one target, the debuff never stacks, b...
