i have downloaded pre installed tbc 2.4.3 client (7.79GB),and extracted it,can someone tell me what next to do and how? Thanks!

Im downloading pre-installed client,and i was running Vanilla WoW smooth with this graphics card.

Ok,im at 40%,can u write me what to do when download is done,im downloading the latest client (7,79GB) I've never played this before.

So it will lagg everywhere,not just in cities,what u recommend me,to play or not?
