Vengeance talent still gives only 5% holy and physical damage

Increase honor and badges cost for all rogue items. Seriously some action should be taken in my opinion to discourage players from rolling more rogues. BGs with rogues numbers around 50% feel dumb and boring. No matter if they are in your/enemy team.
