Making a C++ transmog script is not easy to make. It takes time and it is really hard. It's not hard to actually make the displayed item to change it's look. It's hard to make the rules of the transmog. I have seen a lot of servers with transmog on 3.3.5 but i don't think it would be possible on TBC...
