It is most likely the client, that you have this problem with. Try running Repair.exe, see if there are any errors detected, and/or automatically fixed. Delete your WTF and Interface files from your game directoriy. Installed in by default: C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\

Same thing here, it's just that instead of an error ,either the loading screen is stuck after the loading bar is 'full', or it's just stuck on "Logging into the game server",
