i hav 111 spellpen, and my spells are still getting resisted on unbuffed classes, i doubt they have 111+ resistances.

does anyone kno how the suppression talent for warlocks works on this server? i kno the tooltip says "reduces the chance for enemies to resist ur affliction spells by 2/4/6/8/10" but blizz eventually changed this to "chance to hit 1/2/3" does suppression affect my hit? or does it...
