idk but to me it seems that bartender4 is just for wow 3.0+ but well.

idk which addon(s) Deems uses but if you want to know my addons thats Bartender 3 + Cycircled ;)

as you can see, changed quite everything from the default ui; if you've got questions concerning some addons just ask me ingame or post your question here ;)
