Well I PvP, but atm I'm going for mostly pve gear, for use in PvP.. and getting BoJs from PvP is quite slow unless you're on an unheard of winstreak in BGs. The exchange rate doesn't have to be low. The Draenei racial "Inspiring Presence" appears to not be functioning at all. No character buff shows up and neither does the 1% hit in the character stats.
