remove all racials + remove preparation + druid healnerf + make pala immune to dispell

Well, right now i am playing Black Dessert on Korean server. Tbh, the visuel effects are pretty awesome. But it's very guild based pvp game. There's not much of skill based gameplay shame enough. i will wait untill the western version comes out cause if i play it now i will probably get bored befor...

Option 2 will help but our great Henhouse is against it.

warriors are rare on smolderforge for a good reason. its ok if you give them something useful.
