There isn't caster's cape at donor's mall because some "clever" people thought this item is op as well as Hand of the Deceiver :) A bliz cape was called op so they removed it?.... Well in that case, Windfury totem is OP and I demand it be removed... What a stupid fix to a problem, yay eas...

Only dps caster shoulders cost 40k honor :/

Donor Issues
I donated and never received a ID code in my email... It's been about 3 hours I've confirmed my forum email in the mean time so I know the email system is working fine... Any GM's want to help me out? I have the receipts and all.
