healing grace is bugged, it doesn't prevent earth shield from being dispelled at all and this makes resto shamans worthless in arena fix please

well now i figured out where my realmlist and everything is, but whenever i try to change my realmlist it doenst save it for some reason

So i uninstalled my WoW, then i downloaded the torrent file from the website and after i downloaded both classic and BC and the 2.xx patches, i cant seem to find my wow.exe or realmlist, did i skip a step? help please and thank you <3<3<3
