Curious to know! Personally, I'd buff ret paladins Sanctified Judgement to 100% over 80% mana refund. I feel ret paladins are so tight on mana for a supportive front line class, that they struggle greatly. With this in mind, it won't punish ret paladins to use judgments, and to sit on seals in fights.
