Something is definitely fishy. Frostbite seems to affect rank1 just fine, but I got no procs out of rank13 and managed to get a low proc% off rank12. I'm not sure, but it might be affected by other talents in the frost tree. Bad nerf to frost anyhow qq.

That's right, it can happen, but chasing the player and doing AoE spells like Whirlwind to purposely kill him, that doesn't just happen, but is abuse and should IMO be punishable.

Wrong you are. There are just 6 magic schools in WoW. So, for example, a priest's PW:S isn't in the Discipline school (which doesn't exist), but in the Holy, even though it isn't in the Holy tab. Also, a Draenei Paladin getting counterspelled while casting the racial HoT (which is also Holy), means ...

1. And what school of magic is Divine Shield in? All Paladin spells are Holy.
2. Confirm. Good find, had a TP wasted in this. :P
