I dont know if the server is down or something like that but i cannot conect to the server. Its appears the message: Unable to Connect. Someone could tell me if this is a server problem or is mine cause i can see people online on the Online List of Pre-BC and TBC.

Ok, i told u about the catche folder becouse i had too many bugs like mount bugs but with only the delete of the cathe they were gone. About the bugged server i can't loggin too. But i think that happens only to the people wich was online during the shutdown. I think the only thing we can do is to ...

This problem is happening to me too... the most of the players are playing now in Smolder.
But i think that the players wich have been playing during the shutdown will can't connect again. But i'm sure that this problem will be fixed soon. This isn't a permanent problem.

Thats so rare, i guess it never happened to me. But i think it could be that you haven't deleated your cache folder. Do it and try again. If it still happening make a ticket.
