I have this bug too, the NPC says I have the quest ( They got a gray question mark above their heads) But I do not have the quest in my quest log, and I have tried pretty much everything but can't seem to get it to work. Honor of "BG name" quests bugged!
Hello, all the Honor of "BG" quests are bugged for me, the NPC says I have already taken the quests but it is not in my quest log, and I can't hand in the marks. Please add the quests to my quest log or fix the quests.
