when I open wow it shows me the lsit of realms (1 realm in this case) and it says population offline

When is the server online again?

I was in arathi basin but then I got disconnected. The problem is now I am still in party with the guys from arathi basin even when I enter skirm or rated arena I can attack my partner and its really confusing during the fight. I also accidently attack my partner and he though I am a hacker -_-
