titanium plating enchant in blacksmith recipe vendor is good idea

Its possible for Prot specs. .but nessecerie Gag order talents work Gag order on talent to Prot Warrior this talent put a shield bash and heroic trow give 3 sec silence in target.. but this talent not work this server .. its buged.. not efect ... i win any mages frost to my build prot. . but is hard...

Server=Wrath Talent Warrior Prot= Gag Order This talent can silence target for 3 sec in Shield Bash or Heroic Trow..but not efect .. not silence target I reproducer this. sorry for my bad english please resolve this problem.. im try make a character like a Swiflty Prot Warrior. .but this talent buge...
