yea evisc doesn't actually do the the AP+damage it should, probably a mangos bug as well

what i want to figure out is why you guys don't add most of the weapons from BT/TK since those are the only ones non-donors are able to get, like rod of the sun king or syphon along with the BT ashtongue trinkets
