Those specs are standard you can look almost everywhere and find them so why not on this forum aswell :)

Using same frost spec...only i havent taken focuse magic and put that point into spellimpact, no impr water ele, therefore 15% freeze chance, no winters chill therefore impr cone of cold as i use that a lot. if you only are like dueling and not doing to much arena you can go W/O it but the imp ele ...
