He shared the account with me and i can log onto it just fine.
So yes he's got the login info right.

This isn't really a bug in the game itself but i wasn't sure where to post this xD I'm having a problem with focus frame addon.. As you can see in the screenshot the frame is always displayed and it remains empty even when i focus someone. Some people reported that this addon works fine for them. So...
