Why is Tier 4 gear only availible from the apperance vendor for honor poinits? I play as a Feral Druid DPS and mostly do PVE. The BIS list for Feral DPS includes Tier 4 2 set bonus. And although it isn't difficult to grind the HP in BGs, I'm not here to PVP and most importantly it doesn't make a lot...
